It is a supplement I received free of charge to try and give my honest review.

Pros:

The bottle is simple to use and seal, although you should be careful cause it's not child-proof. The pill casing is strong enough that it will not dissolve immediately in your mouth like some other pills. There is no foul taste or smell with these pills which is a great upside. You only need to take one pill a day and it really serves as a multivitamin for many things. The major result from the pills is more energy and pep that you can feel in the first day.




Cons:

It is hard to say about other direct benefits from ingredients without blood test or if you don't have clear deficiencies in the vitamins.

I would recommend this supplement as a general supplement and for anyone who feels sluggish or tired most days. I really think it can be a great multivitamin for many people.
